Realtor's have a common belief that they share with homebuyers often. During showings homebuyers are focused on many things, price, location, condition - the things that are evident. However, when they find "the one,"  the house that they want to call home... something almost magical happens.  They know it, and nothing you can say will get in the way of their decision to make that house their home.  That moment is camera ready.. and we often capture those moments, thanks to cell phone cameras.  We love being present to share these times when agreements are made, when dreams come to life and plans begin to take shape for teh life people will be living in their newly found homes.
